What Training is provided?

We offer a comprehensive 4-week training program covering essential VA skills and tools including EHR systems, insurance verification, prior authorisations, medical documentation, patient scheduling, and communication protocols.

How long is the training program?

Training typically lasts four weeks, with hands-on practice and structured support throughout. Experienced VAs who qualify through vetting may skip directly to client placement.

Is prior experience required?

No, prior experience is not required for the Training Program track. If you're new to healthcare VA work, our structured training will build the foundation you need from scratch.

How do I apply?
