What Training is provided?

We offer a comprehensive 4-week training program covering essential VA skills and tools — including EHR systems, insurance verification, prior authorisations, medical documentation, patient scheduling, and communication protocols.

How long is the training program?

Training typically lasts four weeks, with hands-on practice and structured support throughout. Experienced VAs who qualify through vetting may skip directly to client placement.

Is prior experience required?

No — prior experience is not required for the Training Program track. If you're new to healthcare VA work, our structured training will build the foundation you need from scratch.

How do I apply?
